Our Best Practice Toolkit for Midwifery Regulation and Licensure will be a user-friendly and audience-targeted web site repository of documents on midwifery education, competencies, scope of practice, and systems for patient safety, quality assurance, and accountability that midwives routinely integrate into practice. Existing statutes on licensure, samples of model legislation, and a rating system by state will be included.
